Steven Anderson
Steve Anderson is a renowned expert in profit management having written numerous articles and books on the area and related topics. He created and has employed for 20 years the Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing Model, co-authoring a book on the topic with Harvard Professor Robert Kaplan. After starting his career at MckInsey & Company, he founded Acorn Systems in 1996 and Oak Forest Ventures in 1998, a turn-around consulting firm, through which he and his team advised over 2000 companies across 20+ years, helping to generate an estimated $2.0+ billion in profit improvements for his clients. At OFV, he also invested in multiple portfolio companies in various industries. Steve graduated from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar) and Princeton University (honors, Engineering).

Senior Managing Director
David Deinzer
Dave Deinzer is a senior member of the ATOF investment team. He has spent over 45 years in the Metals Distribution business. Most recently,he was the Chief Executive Officer of Denman and Davis, a multi-location steel services provider based in New Jersey, providing metals and metals processing services to customers and specialty metals nationwide. Mr. Deinzer was also an active leader for over 40 years in the Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI, formerly SSCI), including as chairman of the Institute. Mr. Deinzer was also an active board member and former chairman of the North American Steel Alliance (NASA). Over his expansive career, he has also served on multiple Boards of Directors, both at for-profit and not-for-profit companies. He is a graduate of Lehigh University.

Nelson Seguel
Nelson Seguel is an industrial Engineer with master's degree, 15 years of experience deploying management systems: Enterprise Resource Planning, Continuous Improvement, and TDABC, mainly in manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Skills in large database analysis, process modeling, and accounting reports.

Director of Marketing
Paul Liu
Paul Liu is the Managing Director of Proper Voyage Consulting LLC, providing expert guidance on go-to-market strategies. Previously, he was the AVP of Product Marketing at Perfect Corp. (NYSE: PERF) and Founding COO at ULSee Inc., where he secured over $100MM in funding. Paul has held leadership roles at CyWee Group Limited and Blue Shield of California, and served as a Marketing Supervisor at United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE: UMC). He holds an MBA and MA from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College. Paul is also a former NCAA Division I wrestler.

Senior Operating Advisor
James Brigman
Jim Brigman is a registered professional engineer with significant management, strategy, consulting and investment banking experience in the chemicals, metals and energy industries. He serves as ATOF’s senior operating advisor for the Metals and Energy Industries. He also currently is Principal and Managing Director of Ingenero. Prior to Ingenero, Jim was the Managing Director of Kilimanjaro Partners, an investment banking firm; an investment banker with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette; and a management strategy consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton. He was an engineer and operations manager with Solvay in their hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate facilities. He has a BS and MS (Chemical Engineering) from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Deniz Batuman
Deniz Batuman has over 20 years of experience improving the performance and profitability of clients in over 10 sectors. He began his career at Acorn Systems in 2000. For the past 5 years her started a new company - PEAC Group, focused on operational performance. Deniz also started a consulting business under Batuman Consulting based in Istanbul, Turkey. Deniz is a graduate of Bilkent University (BSE - Industrial Engieering) and an MBA from Boston University.

Christopher Seaver
Chris Seaver is a veteran of global fund management, private equity and risk management, with over 30 years’ experience in the US and Asia. He was most recently Founder and Managing Partner at Aeterra Capital Partners, a Private Equity firm operating in the US and Asia. Before that he was Chief Executive Officer of CLSA Capital Partners, a $4.0 bn AUM Asia-focused private equity/alternatives manager, Asia Managing Partner of The Rohatyn Group, a US-based $7.5 bn Emerging Markets manager, and he spent 16 years at JP Morgan & Co. as a Managing Director and (most recently) General Counsel for Asia. He was also Founder and Managing Partner of Aequus Capital Partners, a healthcare-oriented PE manager. Chris received his B.A. (high honors, Economics), and J.D (high honors), from the University of Virginia.

Vincent T. Keller
Vince Keller serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Keller Group, a management company operating a collection of diverse, privately-owned companies with over 300 employees and over $200 million in annual sales. In his current role as CEO, Vince’s responsibilities include leadership, management and operational oversight of the Group, strategic planning, corporate governance, corporate treasury services, bank relations, inter-company functional integration, executive recruitment, acquisitions and new venture creation.Vince and his family have played leading roles in foods, janitorial supplies, chemicals, and automotive financing. His educational achievements include a BA in History, Magna Cum Laude, from Emory University (magna cum laude) and an MBA from Harvard University (distinction). Vince resides in Knoxville, TN with his wife and two children.

Bernard West
Bernard West is an internationally-known and acclaimed Chemical industry advisor and President of Westworks Consulting Limited. He is ATOF’s Senior Operating Advisor for the Chemicals Industry. Prior to Westworks, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Canada Colorts Inc., a [large Canadian chemical manufacturer and distributor]. Prior to that, he was the Chairman [CACD] for Omnichem, a [large U.S. and Canadian manufacturer and distributor of chemicals focused on food safety and the Agri-Food Industry.

Chuck Laughter
Chuck has 37 years of experience leading and growing organizations to deliver value to customers and professional development to team members. His expertise includes corporate leadership, project and program development, business development, technical sales, and third party relationship management. His technical background is project engineering/management.
Chuck is the COO of Talyard Brewery.

Sanjib Chakravorty
Sanjib is an effective leader and seasoned finance, administration and operations professional having
nearly 28 years of diverse experience in the areas of financial management, budget
preparation and tracking, risk management and mitigation, fraud detection and prevention,
compliance with procedures, designing and implementing effective internal checks and
controls in the finance department, strategic business planning, treasury management
functions and critical problem solving. Technical expertise in conducting forensic audits and
process reviews. Field-based project support and training. Very good and hands on experience
in Operations and Administration.
